And I wish I could take the Star back they knew a week in advance I was coming to buy the car it wasn't ready I drove a long way got there the car wasn't ready then by the time l got home it would not go into park the top leaked waited for three weeks to get the tittle and plates called to ask why they said forgot to mail it by the time I got it it was wrong had the wrong month of birth date they had a drivers licence wow! Great job guys ever thought about selling lawn mowers ? after posting the above the manager of new way Ford called my wife and threatened her she is 65years old and getting over a stroke can't believe you would stoop so low said if I don't remove my post they won't fix there mistake don't think these guys should be in sales at all I paid cash for the car and tax tittle licence you keep your 41 dollars buddy I can see why you need it so bad don't buy anything here people you WILL BE SORRY!!!

Found the truck I wanted online. Spoke with salesman about 25 times through emails. Made a deal, drove 2 hours to pick it up. Arrived to vehicle still being detailed. Noticed the rear bumper was tweaked up (twisted) Spoke with salesman about getting fixed. He agreed, that they didn't "know it was damaged" Since they don't have a body shop on sight took the truck to home town body shop to see if could be adjusted or needed replaced. The plastic on top had broken. Lips and would not secure down, the bumper was able.to be adjusted back down. Sent them the bill for repairs , now they don't have recollection of conversation about bumper getting fixed.......
I will give them credit for fast response when I first found this truck and for getting deal done. It was the follow through that got them 2 stars. Since it has been paid i will raise to 3 stars .
Mike took very good care of us on our purchase. Had a couple issues that needed repaired that was taken care of before Mike would even consider selling to us. Very smooth purchasing experience. Mike was very courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Paperwork was ready when we arrived for pickup of the vehicle and were in and out in less than 15 minutes which shows there attention to detail in the sales process. I would recommend Mike and New Way Ford to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle. We will definitely keep them in mind when it is time for our next vehicle purchase.
